Applying for We Care assistance without a computer (the classic technique)

Those who do not have access to a computer will need to obtain a paper copy of the We Care Application.  Applications are available in a wall rack mounted on the outside and near the entrance of the COI building (865 NW Reiman Ave in Corvallis, see location).  While not ideal, they should easily be able to retrieve an application from this site while maintaining safe social distancing.  They will then need to: complete and sign the application, and deliver the completed application to the Drop Box that is mounted next to the Application rack near the entrance to the COI building.  And everyone should wash their hands if they come into contact with surfaces touched by others.
