CITY OF CORVALLIS
The City of Corvallis offers a monthly credit of up to $45 to help low-income community members pay their City Services bills (for example, water bills). You qualify if you receive SNAP, are enrolled in the OHP, or school free lunch program. For more information and to apply online go to www.corvallisoregon.gov/billassistance or phone 541-766-6949.
COMMUNITY SERVICES CONSORTIUM (CSC)
CSC is the state-designated Community Action Agency for Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. In this capacity, CSC receives many government grants which it uses to provide financial assistance in the form of rental assistance and energy assistance (paying electricity and natural gas bills). Eligibility requirements and availability of these grant funds vary throughout the year. To inquire about assistance (Benton County residents):

VINA MOSES
Vina Moses provides small amounts of financial assistance to people in need. This includes rental assistance, assistance with utility bills, gas vouchers, and non-covered costs of medications. Inquiries about assistance can be made to FISH at 541-752-4688 during weekdays: Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm.
ST. VINCENT DE PAUL OUTREACH PROGRAM
St. Vincent de Paul, in addition to running a food bank, has an Outreach Program that provides financial assistance to people in need. The Outreach Program can be reached by phone at 541-286-4183 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2 – 4 pm.
ST. MARY’S CHURCH
St. Mary’s has a fund that provides small amounts of financial assistance for those in need. Requests for assistance from the St. Mary’s fund can be made by phoning 541-757-1988 on Fridays from 10:00 - 11:45 am.
DevNW
Emergency assistance Funds from DevNW (posted Aug 14, 2022). DevNW has emergency funds available for rent or utility debt. Eligibility: must be a Benton County resident, must qualify with Low-Moderate Income, have received no duplication of benefits, and must have been impacted directly or indirectly by the COVID pandemic. Pacific Power
Pacific Power has an Oregon COVID-19 Assistance Plus Program providing grants to low-income households to help pay a portion of their electricity bills. Apply here: Pacific Power COVID-19 Energy Assistance
Affordable Connectivity Program
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is an FCC benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more (posted August 12, 2022). The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.
